This is a huge book, over 900 pages. There is no way to use spell check with this book; the spelling is as it appears in the book, (terrible) plus I no doubt added some typos of my own. Parts of the book will be posted over a period of time. Because of formatting limitations, some of the book is presented in grapic format, not text, and cannot be spidered by the search engine.
